PileHi
Product Description & Application
PileHi is a starch based Anti Set-Off powder, available in coated and regular grades. Coated powder is microencapsulated with a slip agent to allow trouble free usage in tough conditions of extremely high humidity and temperatures. PileHi has excellent flow properties and are suitable for all types of offset printed jobs; also for jobs with water-based coating as a second step.

Product Application
Apply minimum quantity of powder required to avoid set-off
It is better to use lesser quantity of larger particle size powder than over spraying a finer one
Printed piles should be periodically checked during the run for any signs of set-off. If setoff is observed, adjustments should be made to the spray unit settings, height of the pile, grade or micron size of the powder

Packing
1kg Pouch with pouring nozzle – 20kg per box
Storage Conditions
Store boxes in a clear and cool area. Keep pouring nozzle closed
