Product Description & Application
AquaSheild – 305 is a fast drying water based extra matte coating with excellent press stability. It is also suitable for food packaging and can be used in combination with low migration inks. NovaCote W5311-60 exhibits very good rub and scratch resistance combined with a smooth finish.

General Recommendation
Use alkali and solvent resistant inks.
Circulate or stir well prior to use.
Thinning
Reduce viscosity with water, if required.
Cleaning
Use AniKleen Sol diluted with plain water for initial wash-up of blanket, roller & other parts of the machine.
Use AniKleen Sol to remove dried coating from the blanket, roller & other parts of the machine.
Use AniKleen Paste for thorough cleaning of Anilox roller.

TStorage, Handling & Packaging
Storage & Handling : Protect from direct sunlight. Keep away from freezing & temperature above 30oC. Keep containers tightly closed, when not in use.
Shelf-life : 12 months from the month of manufacture if stored in unopened original packaging, between 5oC to 30oC and out of direct sunlight.
Packing : 20 kg containers; 210 kg drums and bulk options.
Caution : Avoid contact with skin and eyes. The use of hand gloves and safety glasses are recommended.
