PPVS Violet Photopolymer CTP Plate

PPVS violet CTP plate specialized for violet CTP platesetters for high-level printing, which can be scanned by 410nm laser controlled by computer, and mounted on the press for printing after preheating, rinsing, developing, etc.

For HuaGuang PPD: Developer,  temperature 22-24°C /Dwell time 16-17 seconds

 

For FUJI LP-DWS: Developer temperature 25-26°C /Dwell time 16-17 seconds

 

For Agfa PL-10:Developer temperature 24°C /Dwell time 17 seconds

Safelight

For manual handling and platesetting loading, darkroom conditions with G10 safelight is required

 

Shelf life

Transport and storage

Store plates flat in their packaging (un-opened), away from excessive cold, heat or high humidity at  15°C -26°C, with RH between 40 – 70%.
