Drone Flight Experience

Joseph has extensive flight experience across diverse mission types, including agricultural surveys, construction monitoring and inspections, environmental monitoring, and public outreach events. When project requirements demand it, he has successfully obtained operational waivers from the FAA to conduct flights in restricted airspace. These specialized authorizations require comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local aviation laws and regulations, ensuring safe and compliant drone operations in all environments.

Frequently Asked Questions

How will I access my data?

Once the imagery has been processed, it will be placed in a folder that is uploaded to Google Drive. A link will be shared for the client to access their imagery for download. The link will expire after 7 days.

If I need to download my imagery again after the link’s expiration, how can I regain access to it?

Once the link has expired, send an email to pioneerimaging01@gmail.com and state the following in your email:

  1. First and last name
  2. Approximate date of the flight mission
  3. Type of project the flight mission was for

The answers to these questions will narrow down which project(s) you need the imagery from. Before the Google Drive link to the imagery has been shared with you, a $50 charge is to be paid.

What is average turnaround time?

The average turnaround time depends heavily on the type of mission and the client’s request. However, most projects can be completed within 2-3 days.

Who owns the imagery that you collect?

Pioneer Imaging owns all collected imagery during the scheduled service and is under copyright. You are permitted to show the imagery for your own advertising, house listing, social media, etc. However, you are not permitted to forward this imagery to other parties for advertising. If any third party would like to use this imagery, then refer them to us. Imagery credit must be given to Pioneer Imaging when used for social media. For any other purposes, please contact Pioneer Imaging to negotiate the terms for uses beyond the scope of the original client’s purpose.

How soon can you fly my mission?

This depends on the mission, weather, flight restrictions (if applicable), and location of the project. Before a mission is flown, we require a consultation meeting with the client to get the exact details of what they need. At the end of this consultation, primary and secondary flight dates will be decided upon in case of inclement weather or some other flight restriction.
