These tethered plane circles at Danny Lopez Park needed some paving maintenance. The City of Tucson added some fresh pavement and paint to these circles in mid 2025.

Blanco Bridge located in the city of Marana had failed due to some severe flooding. In 2023, this bridge was one of the few remaining wood bridges but was reconstructed in 2025. Now Blanco Bridge is a concrete bridge that can withstand the increased flooding activity with the addition of culverts on each side of the bridge.
